If Rental Application passes our initial criteria, you will receive an email from mysmartmove.com asking you to complete background screening. You will be asked to make a payment of $40.
If you are accepted we ask that you pay a Holding Deposit of $2250 within 24 hours. This deposit will go towards the security deposit of $4500 at the time of move-in.
Lease signing
The First month’s rent is due on or before move-in date.
